Brief Itinerary
Day 1: Visit local cottage industries utilizing rice and coconuts, explore the famous “Red Claypot Kingdom, visit fruit tree nursery gardens, ornamental plant and Bonsai gardens, enjoy sunset on Ham Luong River.
Day 2: Enjoy views of remote islets, fisherfolk tending their daily catch, and floating houses. Observe local barges laden with fruits and coconuts.
Full Itinerary
Day 1: Cai Be - Long Ho - Cho Lach
Begin cruising from Phu An Jetty at 10:00AM. From the sampan, observe life as it plays out on shore -people going about their daily activities set against mesmerizing backdrops. End route to Long Ho, we will stop at various points along the river including in a visit of local cottage industries that utilize products from the Delta like rice and coconuts.
Lunch is served on board while cruising towards along a narrow canal teeming with life. Observe the endless boat traffic and the quiet but constant activity along the banks. Continue by sampan, observing from your boat the life on the shore, the people, and the stunning landscapes. We will then cross the Co Chien river passing by quaint villages to visit the most famous “Red claypot kingdom”
Continue to Cho Lach, the famous area for its fruit tree nursery gardens. Enjoy shore excursions to gain insight into how the local people make a living, and stop for a ornamental plants and Bonsai garden or a temple in a tinny village.
Back to your sampan and enjoy a charming cruise during the sunset. Dinner is served on board while the Song Xanh continues its cruise on the Ham Luong River.

Day 2: Cho Lach - Ben Tre
Wake up early at 6:00AM for a leisurely cruise on the peaceful waterways passing remote islets of the Mekong Delta. As we make our way down this famous river take in the local life as you pass by fisher folk checking their daily catch and floating houses imperceivably balanced on the mighty Mekong.
Breakfast is served on board while the navigates towards Ben Tre among local barges loaded with fruits and coconut from the Delta. Arrive in Ben Tre and disembark at 10:00AM.
